The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra 5G is a performance-focused smartphone featuring a high-resolution AMOLED display, a powerful MediaTek chipset, large memory and storage options, and a high-capacity battery. The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra 5G comes with a 6.83-inch flat AMOLED display offering a sharp 1440 × 3200-pixel resolution. The 2K+ panel is designed to deliver detailed visuals for videos, games, photos, and everyday content.
Its 144Hz variable refresh rate allows the screen to adjust its refresh behavior according to the content being displayed, while helping provide smoother scrolling and animations.
The display is rated for up to 2,000 nits of HBM brightness, with reported peak local brightness reaching 4,500 nits under supported conditions.
Performance and Storage
At the heart of the phone is the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500M octa-core processor, paired with a Mali-G1 Ultra MP12 GPU for graphics processing. This hardware configuration is designed for demanding applications, multitasking, and mobile gaming.
The smartphone is available with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. There is no dedicated microSD card slot for expanding the storage.
For software, the device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6.0, providing a modern Android-based user interface.
